Hampe: Visual Evidence

The idea that Hampe presented about talk being cheap was very interesting. Hampe explains that so much can be displayed through visual footage.Words distort this and present the material as cheep by getting the material across to viewers. The idea of Empty shots was presented to help cover up editing and transitions in film. Transitions and editing can be distracting to viewers and risk the chance of completely getting your point across.

When creating my video I plan on not distracting my viewers with transitions and confusing editing to get my point across. I believe the material we shoot will get out point across without using distracting digital extras.
